Hi I have a Victorian Terrace it is located in the Port Melbourne area 3207 that needs some items fixed you can see in the attached photos the area's I need looked at and quoted.

1. Front fascia board has rotten section need that filled and sanded back.
2. Front verandah post needs to be replaced with new matching one.
3. Front lattice needs to be fixed with new section that is missing.
4. Painting front door x 1,front fascia board,corbels, front window, lattice, verandah post.
5. Also need painting of side sliding doors 1@3m x 2.1m and 1@3.5 x 2.1m

would prefer a good quality enamel paint and 2 coats all over probably a site inspection and appointment will be required look forward to hearing from you I will copy paste these details in the job quote request form
